Water-Based System

A fire fighting system is probably the most important of the building services, as its aim is to protect human life and property, strictly in that order a large network of pipes ending in either hydrants or sprinklers (nearly all buildings require both of these systems). Wet type Sprinkler system:

A wet pipe sprinkler system is fixed fire protection using piping filled with pressurized water supplied from a dependable source (either municipal or connected to a fire pump). As the water flows through the system, a flow alarm is initiated to indicate the system is operating.

Pre-Action System:

KAIZEN supplies Pre-action systems to meet the fire fighting protection needs of all customers in Bangladesh. Our pre-action systems are activated once it detects a previous event like a smoke or fire alarm. We will provide the Double Interlock Pre-action System or the Single Interlock Pre-action System.

Deluge System:

A deluge fire sprinkler system is similar to a pre-action system except the sprinkler heads are open and the pipe is not pressurized with air. Deluge systems are used in places that are considered high hazard areas such as power plants, aircraft hangars and chemical storage or processing facilities.
